Itay Goldberg

Itay Goldberg born in Israel in 1993. Itay fell in love with music in his early childhood learning piano and drums. In the age of 15, Itay received a special scholarship from the mayor of Rishon Lezion, Israel to study the saxophone, which he found his voice and passion in. Itay quickly became involved in the Rishon Lezion Jazz orchestra becoming the youngest member ever to play at the orchestra.

In 2017 upon finishing his studies at the Israeli Conservatory, Itay moved to New York, Itay moved to NYC to pursuit his BFA in Jazz Performance at The New School. Itay had the opportunity to share the stage jazz legends such as: Ari Hoenig, Reggie Workman, Joel Frham, Aaron Goldberg to name a few.
