Jon Weiss
Jon Weiss has been performing professionally as a pianist, keyboardist, acompanist, and pianist/vocalist in the New York area and overseas since 1979. Jon has performed in Europe, the Carribean, Turkey, and Mexico.
He plays all styles of jazz, pop, Latin music (salsa, merengue and other styles), R&B and commerical dance music. He sings in several languages, including English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Hebrew, Yiddish, French and Russian.
Jon has performed with famous jazz and pop musicians including Dexter Gordon, Flip Phillips, Eddie Henderson, Percy France, Tisziji Munoz, Houston Person, Carmen Lundy, Gale Winters, Vanessa Rubin, Arthur Prysock, Rochelle Thompson, the Four Tops, the Drifters, The Platters and the Brooklyn Bridge.
