Pamai Chirdkiatisak
He aspired to become a guitarist, formed a rock band in secondary school, and that later led him onto a major turning point in his life – to join the prestigious pre-college music program at College of Music, Mahidol University. Consequently, Chirdkiatisak graduated with a Bachelor of music in Jazz Performance at College of Music, Mahidol University in 2014, and then became a guest instructor in Jazz department at the same university until 2017.
During his career as a Jazz musician, he received First Prizes in the Thailand International Jazz Conferences: Competition both (junior division) in 2012 and (open division) in 2015. He also received First Prize in the Thailand Jazz Competition in 2014: Band Competition (Black Tiger). In 2017, he received Third Prize in Made in New York Jazz Competition which brought him to play in the Gala Jazz concert, held by board members of Made in New York Jazz Competition at Tribeca Performing art center in New York City. There, he had the opportunity to play with talented and legendary Jazz artists, including Lenny White, John Benitez, Roberto Quintero, Caloé Profil Perso, Alexis Baro etc.
In 2018, he applied in Aaron Copland School of Music at Queens Colleges to continue his study in Master Degree in Jazz Studies and he had studied with Paul Bollenback and Mike Moreno.
In 2018, he had released his first album called Dreamer.
